Hargeisa (Hornpost)  – The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Mrs. Samsam Mohamed Salah, today officially took over from the World Health Organization (WHO) important medical supplies, which are intended to deal with emergencies. of health.

The ceremony of handing over these medical supplies took place at the headquarters of the National Drug Store in Hargeisa. The event was attended by senior officials from the WHO, expressed their commitment to work with the Somaliland Ministry of Health.

These medical supplies include equipment and medical supplies that are important for preparing for and dealing with emergencies such as infectious diseases, accidents and other unexpected medical conditions.

The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland Mrs. Samsam Mohamed Salah thanked the WHO for its role in the development of health services in Somaliland, noting that these new materials will strengthen the capacity of the country’s health services, especially in terms of emergencies.
