Hargeisa (Hornpost) the 29th Session of the Cabinet Meeting of the Republic of Somaliland, chaired by the President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi Cirro accompanied by the Vice President H.E. Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi, was held today at the Presidential Palace.

- Report from the National Drought Response Committee:
Delivered by the Vice President and Chair of the Committee, H.E. Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi highlighted several measures taken, including:
Distribution of food aid to 15,000 families donated by the Government of Djibouti, Issuance and dissemination of an international appeal for support to drought-affected communities,
Engagement with local business communities, Meetings with international and local humanitarian agencies operating in Somaliland
- National Security Report:
Presented by the Minister of Interior and Security, Hon. Abdalle Mohamed Arab
- Report on Finance, Economy, and Revenue:
Presented by the Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Hon. Abdillahi Hassan Aadan
- Report on the Official Delegation to Taiwan:
Presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Abdirahman Daahir Aadan, outlining the key outcomes achieved during the visit.

Closing Remarks:
In his closing remarks, the President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi Cirro urged all sub-committees within the Cabinet to hold regular meetings and accelerate their duties. He commended the Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs and Family, as well as the Ministry of Defence and National Security, for submitting their biannual reports on time.
