Hargeisa (Hornpost) The Minister of Local Government and Urban Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Hassan Ahmed Duale, together with the Director General of the Ministry held an important meeting with some of the Mayors of the country and the Executive Secretaries of Local Governments.
This meeting was about the consultation of the working process and the tax system of the Local Governments and the Central Government, while strengthening the cooperation between the Local Governments and the Government.
