The US has added the Republic of Somaliland to the list of 10 African countries that have allowed them to travel to US, while other African countries have imposed Trump Travel restrictions.

Hargeisa (Hornpost) the United States government has excluded 10 Africans from the map of the Republic of Somaliland and banned people with immigration from traveling to the United States.

The White House of the United States published the map of Somalia on its social media on the 4th of this month, and excluded the Republic of Somaliland, an independent and stable country where there is a functioning democracy and government.

Since President Donald Trump took over the United States, there has been an increase in activities aimed at getting the United States to recognize the Republic of Somaliland, which could be an important ally of the United States to support the prevention of China’s influence in the Horn of Africa and the fight against terrorist groups constantly expanding into the failed country of Somalia.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Somaliland Md. Abdirahman Dahir Aden Bakal, who returned from Washington for two weeks, met with members of both houses of the United States Parliament, government officials and experts from political institutions and discussed how to further strengthen extensive cooperation between Somaliland and the United States.

Also, the administration of President Trump’s government is getting stronger with his diplomats in the Department of Foreign Affairs who are constantly calling for the United States to recognize Somaliland as a stable country that has taken pride in a rare democracy in the Horn of Africa.
