This inspection, which is part of the National Strategy of the Agency, was focused on:
Evaluation of the smooth functioning of government offices in the region
Monitoring working hours and service levels
Improving the efficiency and cooperation of government agencies at the regional level
The delegation looked in depth at the actual situation of government employees and the needs that need to be resolved in order to improve services, and listened to reports and information about the smooth functioning of the work from some of the officials of the government departments in Awdal Region.
