Hargeisa (Hornpost) Minister of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Dr. Hussein Bashir Hirsi, today chaired the first meeting of the director of the new departments of the ministry, which took place at the headquarters of the ministry.
This important meeting was official and weekly, and the Minister was accompanied by the Director General of the Ministry, Dr. Ahmed Mohamud Jama. The purpose of the meeting was to inform you about the smooth functioning and development of the various activities of the ministry, by encouraging close cooperation and continuous work efficiency.
The meeting was also an opportunity for the directors of the new departments to officially present, and to share views and plans to strengthen the activities of the ministry. Minister Dr. Hussein Bashir encouraged all officials to work with honesty, competence and determination, always prioritizing the care and development of public health in Somaliland.
The Minister and the Director General declared that such meetings will be regular, to strengthen the cooperation and implementation of the important plans of the ministry.
