Istanbul (Hornpost) The Minister of Petroleum and Minerals of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Dahir Shirre Mohamed, and a delegation led by him including the Director General of the Ministry, Mr. Mohamed Hashi Arabey and the Somali Ambassador to Turkey, Fathudin Ali, officially participated in the Istanbul Natural Resources Summit, which was held in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Minister participated in a discussion on the role of mineral energy change, and the Minister of Mines of Niger, Libya, Hungary, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia were part of the discussion with the Minister of Energy of Turkey, Alparslan Bayraktar.
The conference was focused on strengthening international cooperation in mining based on the world’s demand for clean energy and sustainable minerals.
The Minister of Petroleum and Minerals of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Dahir Shire, took advantage of the forum as an opportunity to discuss in depth with international officials how to strengthen cooperation in the development of natural resources in Somalia.
